Continuing the Fight for a Better West Baltimore

Greetings, fellow residents of Maryland’s 41st Legislative District! I am your newest legislative representative in the Maryland House of Delegates. I was appointed by Governor Wes Moore in July of 2023 to fill the vacancy left by former Delegate Tony Bridges to represent our district in Annapolis.

I am fully dedicated to improving the quality of life for all people in our great district. You can trust that I will champion the issues that matter most to West Baltimore, with passion, skill, and hard work.

I am a proud son of West Baltimore, who was raised by a strong, intelligent, and courageous single mother in the Lower Park Heights Community. I was blessed to attend Gilman School in Roland Park where I flourished academically, athletically, as well as in the performing arts. I went on to attend Duke University where I studied African American History, Cultural Anthropology, and Public Policy, all while playing football as a full scholarship athlete and becoming a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.

I came back home to West Baltimore to attend law school at the University of Baltimore and was sworn into the Maryland State Bar as a practicing attorney in 2012.

From the start of my legal career, I have been fighting for justice. I began as an Assistant State’s Attorney in both Baltimore County and Baltimore City before branching out into private practice in 2014. Since then, I have represented hundreds of Marylanders in criminal defense and civil litigation matters across our State.

Today, I am a lead litigator at Murphy, Falcon & Murphy, founded by Baltimore’s own legal legend William H. “Billy” Murphy, Jr. At the Murphy Firm, I work to bring justice to citizens who have been the victims of police brutality, corporate indifference, and even medical malpractice. With Mr. Murphy as my mentor, I have led our firm in garnering over $35 million on behalf of our clients.
